What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect the name, phone number, email address, origin and destination, home size, preferred date, and any notes you type into the form. When you use the chat widget we collect the messages you send and the contact details you choose to share. Our servers also record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited.
Why we collect it
To quote your move, schedule a crew, contact you about the booking, and keep a record of the work for accounting and insurance purposes. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep the minimum needed to honour that request.
Who we share it with
Nobody outside the operation of your move. That means the crew assigned to your job, the chat and hosting providers that run this website, and payment processors if you pay by card. We do not sell contact details, we do not trade lists, and we do not pass your information to other moving companies or lead brokers.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a cookie to remember whether you chose the light or dark colour theme, and the chat widget sets its own cookies to keep a conversation continuous across pages. We may use aggregate traffic analytics to see which pages are useful. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site still works without them, but the theme choice will not persist.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that never became bookings are removed after twenty-four months. Completed job records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax, insurance, and Colorado Public Utilities Commission requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete records we are not legally required to keep. Email hello@denver-movers.com or call (720) 538-4624 and we will handle it within thirty days.
Text messages and calls
If you give us a phone number we may call or text you about your quote and your move. We do not run marketing campaigns to that number. Reply STOP to any text and the number is removed from all messaging.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
Security
Form submissions and chat traffic travel over encrypted connections. Access to booking records is limited to dispatch and office staff who need it to do their work.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we update this page. Material changes affecting how we use existing customer data will be communicated by email to the address on file.
