Moving in Denver

From Capitol Hill walk-ups to Highlands bungalows and Union Station high-rises, we handle certificates of insurance, freight elevator reservations, and residential parking permits as part of the job rather than as your homework.

Every Denver booking starts with the same three questions: how the crew gets into the property, how far the carry is from the door to where the truck can legally sit, and whether stairs or an elevator are involved. Those answers set the hours, and the hours set your bill. We ask them before quoting so the number you hear is the number you pay.

Rates are identical wherever you are on our service list — $159/hr for two movers and a truck with a 3-hour minimum, larger crews priced per hour. What changes between cities is the flat travel fee, which covers getting the truck and crew to you and back to the yard. You are told that figure before you book, never after the work is done.

Crews arrive with pads, shrink wrap, wardrobe boxes, dollies, straps, floor runners, and the hand tools needed for bed frames and table legs already loaded. Nothing on that list is billed as an extra, and nobody leaves mid-job to buy supplies on your clock.

What Denver customers say

★★★★★

Third-floor walk-up in Capitol Hill and they never once complained about the stairs. Two guys, three and a half hours, and my bookshelf came out without a scratch.

Marcus Whitfield — Denver, CO
★★★★★

Upright piano out of a Highlands bungalow with a turn at the bottom of the stairs. Four movers, piano board, no damage to the banister.

Colin Ashworth — Denver, CO
★★★★★

Packed my kitchen and all the glassware the day before. Not one broken piece, and the dish barrels were labeled so clearly I unpacked without thinking.

Margot Delacroix — Denver, CO
